what is the purpose for the non-refundable deposit? is it transferrable?
Deposits hold your slot! If a client cancels or no calls/no shows, this prevents me from booking another paying client, losing income from the booked session, and losing the costs of pulling and obtaining permits...plus arranging childcare, as I'm workin' mama! If our session needs to be reasonably canceled or rescheduled (for example; due to weather) the deposit is refundable or transferrable. Thanks for understanding!
what is the rush fee?
Need your photos faster? Want to skip the line and the wait? The rush fee bumps your gallery to next in my editing queue.

can i have the raw/unedited images?
Raw and unedited images are like rough sketches—they’re incomplete and don’t reflect the final vision or quality I aim to deliver. Editing is a crucial part of the creative process, where I fine-tune lighting, color, composition, and mood to match my style and ensure the images meet a high standard. Just like a chef wouldn’t serve raw ingredients instead of a finished dish, I don’t deliver unpolished work that doesn’t represent my brand or your experience.
how long does it take to receive our photos?
Turn around times can vary, and is kept up to date on the Investment tab! Thank you for your patience!

what is in the client closet? WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
I currently have women's dresses (sizes XS-XL), and some girls and newborn options. I am working on adding men's and more children's clothing and creating an album of what is available! Full style guides will also be available soon!
Can you recommend any good locations?
After booking you will receive a location guide that includes descriptions, photos, directions, accessibility, as well as restroom facilities and rinse stations! Even though I don't shoot on some hotel properties I have nearby locations, as I shoot all over Oahu.
do you travel to other hawaiian islands?
Yes! I would absolutely love to chat about sessions on Kauai, Maui, or the Big Island for an additional travel fee. Please reach out!

Receive location guide!
Arrange appointment for client closet access if desired.

Session time- take some photos!
Pay remaining balance via invoice (credit/debit), venmo, cash app, or cash.

Next you will receive your proofing gallery to choose your favorite photos, with the option to purchase additional edits.
step 4
Receive fully edited final gallery! Download any/all photos to your device with the option order prints directly through ther gallery!
